Site & Land Surveying
Experienced field surveyor and/or crew providing assistance during every stage of the project. From conceptual stages to final product of the site or project.
· Construction Staking:
– Install Grade Stakes for construction. Showing location and point as well as Cuts & Fills. For Clearing, Mass Excavation, Subgrade & Finish Grade stages. GPS & Laser options.
– Install staking for proposed & existing underground utilities as shown on plans
· Survey & Mapping:
– Initial TOPO of existing conditions to create accurate & current “Existing Surface”
– Recording of Existing Property corners to generate coordinate grid specific to property for use in planning, measurements & calculating project design
– Locate underground utilities and/or existing features as shown on plans
– Measure active project to offer quantities. Example: Dirt moved versus dirt needed to be move

– Overseeing site crew’s operation to provide increased efficiency of tactics

Administrative Consulting & Management

– Over all assessment of daily office operations to suggest additions, improvements and/or changes to increase efficiency
– Interviewing & rating of potential new hires

Project Design & Drawing
Compose drawings of Private or Oil Field projects based on clients provided information & data to present informative and clear depiction of project design as well as its basic specifications.
